In this model we construct static pages that we maintain and perform updates to. With this approach clients must rely on us (or a trained employee) to add new content to their site. This works well and can be cost effective if your content does not change often, say on a monthly or quarterly schedule.

Our payment structure allows for update time to be purchased on a monthly basis at a steep discount from our regular hourly rate.

Dynamic Content Control Panels.

With this method of updating, we build your page with dynamic control panels that allow you to alter text or graphics. You the client can alter the content of the pages via easy to use controls located in your client zone. This method does not cost anything for updates, but does increase development costs.
