What To Expect.

Axiom WebWorks utilizes a unique methodology or work-flow in order to produce high quality websites. Below is a listing of the steps we utilize during the production process.

Step 01 – Initial Consultation – During this phase we will meet with the client (touring their facility if needed), determining their specific needs, establishing goals confirming a budget, defining a scope and gathering any information needed to create an estimate for client review.

Step 02 – Estimate Submission Cycle – The estimate is submitted to the client for review and sign-off. During this time we are available to answer any questions, clarify scope and/or prepare a revised estimate for client approval.

Down Payment And Addition To Production Queue – Once the estimate has been signed by the client, a down payment which has specified by the estimate will be collected to initiate job. The client will then be added to our production queue and given a start date.

Step 03 – Website Structure Pre-Planning And Development – During this stage a blueprint for the website will be developed. It will include: layout, the user interface, general design parameters and the look and feel. This general plan will be needed for the next stage.

Step 04 – Content Development – In this stage we gather all of the materials needed to build the website. Axiom WebWorks offers many services to accomplish this including:

Professional copy writing, graphics development, (Via Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, etc) media preparation, and photography. Axiom WebWorks will also use our professional staff to modify or enhance client submitted content in order to achieve a more search engine friendly and professional site.

Step 05 – Website Development Phase

• Website Design And Structure Development – The basic shell or framework of the website is created , which includes the basic structure, and pages and navigation .
• Website Content Integration – All Content (Text, graphics, media, etc.) is integrated into the framework to create a prototype version of the site.

Step 06 – Custom Programming And Solution Integration – Once the prototype website has been constructed, there may be a need to develop and integrate programming solutions to complete the development. This is the stage when a CMS (Content Management' System), a database driven solution, a custom form, a gallery, forum or other specialized solution is installed, customized and integrated into the new website

Step 07 – Usability Testing And Quality Control – At this time we run the website through its paces, making sure that all elements are correct, the structure is sound, the navigation is functional, the media loads, and the custom programming solutions (If there are any) function as specified in the spec sheet.

Step 08 – Website Pre-Release Review And Approval – The client and all empowered parties are given a link to the prototype site to literally take it for a test drive. During this phase, we gather customer feedback. Potential issues can be addressed and resolved to ensure that the website we deliver meets their expectations. At the end of this phase the customer is given a sign off sheet, which signifies that the website is complete, functional and ready for launch.

Step 09 – Initiate Hosting Services – Axiom WebWorks offers a wide variety of website hosting and domain registration options for budgets of all sizes. We offer a complete suite of solutions that will cover your website needs.

Step 10 – Final Website Launch – The approved website is launched to the web.

Step 11 – Getting The Word Out! – Every day one million pages are added to the web. In order to stay competitive, one must get the word out and drive traffic to your website. Axiom WebWorks offers a range of Internet marketing services including SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We also offer tools that allow you to measure your website traffic and monitor your progress. Make your website the center of your marketing efforts. Place the URL on everything from your emails, to printed brochures, business cards, billboards, signage, receipts and invoices

Step 12 – Ongoing Maintenance – The story doesn't end here. This is a birth! A website is a living growing part of your business that needs to be updated in order to stay current, add new features to improve site performance, update the look if the branding changes, add a video, etc. The choice is yours! Axiom can perform the upgrades for you or you can perform them yourself via a CMS (Content management system).
